I was on Randy's web site not long ago. I tried contacting him.
At the top of the contact screen was stated something to the effect that 'I will not be answering many emails, or any emails because some of challenges in my life right now'.

Dear, Jeffery, I get your point. Legalize comes in all "flavors." In this instance the presenter and witness to the delivery (as opposed to sending 'legal' papers throug the mail; which by the way has no force or effect in law) need to write an affidavit, that they delivered and witnessed ...

Does anyone have a link to or copy of a sample/template for "Affidavit of witness"?
All I can find online is written in legalize i.e. State, County, 1/13/1996 not state, county etc. Thanks.

Correction. I stated that the Non-Satutory abatement uses wording under common law. It does not!
The Non-Statutory abatement uses God's Law. Common law, is "Merchant law". Taken from Roman and English law.
The authors suggest NOT using common law wording in any abatement. Max
