Re: Do you Understand?
Hello, Gregory, It’s been quite a while. Hope all is well with you and yours. This is part of a newsletter at beat traffic tickets.org I’ve taken a segment of it, and thought it was good food for thought about the matter, if it is true, and I tend to think it is. It’s been years since I have posted ...

Common Law Remedy
I thought this was a really good free down load at http://beattraffictickets.org/clrfreereport.html
The articles posted on his site are very informative.
I would think it would be informative to anyone where ever they are in their position on right to travel. At least any one I know.

Re: What's Your Name? The Legal Fiction
It's funny you mention that. I saw a utube video about a guy named Charlie Sprinkles back in the 70's. He sued Gov. Reagan and his wife. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jFRYrJ14jus Can't say if it's true but it sure sounded fun. One of the things I like about the 'transportation stop' script is if y...

Re: What's Your Name? The Legal Fiction
We're doing fine. Thanks for asking. I am convinced of one thing,it doesn't matter how nice the goons pretend to be, they are absolute tyranical, enemies. My son stood the best he could on God's Word. They literallly broke him down to admit to presumptions that were not true. Sleep deprivation, ligh...

Re: Public Servant Questionnaire question #14
Michael, I printed out your Notice a while back and have been giving it some serious thought. After our last encounter a few weeks ago I have to wonder if giving notice of the felonies that are being commited might help slow the tyrants down a bit. I've been taking a serious look at eddie craigs tra...

Re: What's Your Name? The Legal Fiction
Update. You can go to jail without the legal fiction 'name', birthdate, SSN, address etc. Yes, it was illegal. It was a usurpation of power.
Many felonies commited. But it can happen.
