Iran, Mujahedin, the CIA and big oil

False Flag -- A horrific, staged event, blamed on a political enemy and used as a pretext to start a war or enact draconian laws in the name of national security.

Iran, Mujahedin, the CIA and big oil

Post by Firestarter »

I was doing an investigation, trying to figure out what’s the motive for targeting Iran.
It’s probably about oil, and I tried to connect it all to the Nowruz Commission that lobbies for sanctions against Iran, but I couldn’t piece it all together (at least not yet)...

Since 28 December a mass hysteria was orchestrated in the Western media that huge amount of protesters are demanding an end to religious dictatorship and policies of Ayatollah Khamenei and President Rouhani. According to some reports, female protesters shouted “death to Khamenei”.
Please don’t tell anybody that some protesters were actually protesting for the Ayatollah, see the signs with his Photo…

.
In June 2009 Brookings Institute published a manual on how to overthrow the Iranian government or to take control of the country. "Iran junkie" Maloney was one of the authors.WHICH PATH TO PERSIA? - Options for a New American Strategy toward Iran (pdf) came in four parts:
• Part I - Dissuading Tehran: The Diplomatic options.
• Part II - Disarming Tehran: The Military options
• Part III - Toppling Tehran: Regime Change
• Part IV - Deterring Tehran: Containment

Part III includes:
• Chapter 6: The Velvet revolution: supporting a Popular Uprising
• Chapter 7: Inspiring an insurgency: supporting Iranian Minority and opposition Groups
• Chapter 8: The coup: supporting a Military Move against the regime

The velvet "color revolution" failed in 2009 when the "green movement" could not convince the Iranian people that it was more than a foreign supported attempt to overthrow their republic.

What we currently see in Iran is a combination of chapter 6 and 7 of the Brookings plan.
.
In June 2016, the Wall Street Journal reported that the CIA had set up a special operation cell for orchestrating a “revolution” in Iran: http://www.moonofalabama.org/2017/12/ir ... .html#more

On 3 January, Iran's Revolutionary Guards declared an end to “sedition” after tens of thousands Iranians marched through cities to support the regime of Iran.
The demonstrators waved Iranian flags and pictures of supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, and carried signs with “Death to seditionists”, “We offer the blood in our veins to our leader” and “Down with Israel”.
Image

According to the Western state media: the “brutal clampdown on protesters left at least 21 dead”, and hundreds were arrested.

Iran's leaders claimed that the protests, which began on December 28 and quickly escalated, were part of a foreign plot to destabilise the regime. Tehran blamed the US, Saudi Arabia and Britain for the protests.
Even reformists, who backed the last major protests in 2009, condemned the violence and the support from the United States: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article ... -down.html

If you’ve investigated Afghanistan, than you must have heard about the Mujahedin.
The Mujahedin of Afghanistan were supported by the CIA and MI5 to make Afghanistan the heroin producing capital of the world.
These Mujahedin later evolved into the Taliban and Al Qaeda (another name used for these terrorists, these days is ISIS…).

In 1965, the Mujahedin-e-Khalq (MEK) or People's Mujahedin Organisation of Iran (PMOI) was founded. A lot of Iranians despise the MEK, as this is pushing for the violent overthrow of the regime and the war and sanctions against Iran.
The MEK claims to be the Iranian government in exile.
Over the years the MEK has been labelled either revolutionary freedom fighters or terrorists.

In 1983, the MEK sided with Saddam Hussein in the CIA orchestrated Iran-Iraq war.
When the “allied forces” invaded Iraq in 2003, the US government labelled the MEK a terrorist organisation.
The UK, EU called MEK terrorist until 2008, 2009 respectively. Until 2012 the USA and Canada called it a terrorist organisation.

The wife of the so-called leader of MEK, Maryam Rajavi, is the public face of the MEK in her role as president-elect of the National Council of Resistance of Iran.
General James Jones, President Obama's first National Security Adviser, and former New York Mayor and Trumpster Rudy Giuliani have called for the MEK to be removed from the list of terrorist organisations: http://www.bbc.com/news/magazine-17615065

These days the sanctions against Iran have been lifted (in part). The Nowruz commission that is affiliated with Donald Trump, George Soros, Erdogan, and the Dutch Royal family lobbies for stricter sanctions and a violent overthrow of the Iranian regime: https://www.lawfulpath.com/forum/viewto ... t=10#p4102

My attention had been drawn to the MEK, because of the following speech by honorary co-chairman of Nowruz, Senator Ed Royce at the OIAC House Congressional reception on 17 March 2016.
And it is to such an extent that they send their own agents, who have now killed 130 members of the MEK, who have now wounded 1,300. And these are individuals in the MEK who assisted in protecting American lives from those who were bringing IEDs in to try to kill soldiers, U.S. soldiers.
We took on a special responsibility on the part of the United States when we said that we would protect the people from the attacks that were emanating out of Iran. And our responsibility today is to see that we address not just their safety and security, but also we have an investigation with respect to those who caused those attacks, those who collaborated with the agents of the Iranian regime in order to kill those MEK members.
And so I am proud of our member of our committee, Ted Poe, who has introduced a bill that will call for justice in this regard. And I intend to move that bill through the committee and off of the floor of the House of Representatives.

I was also looking into Senator’s John McCain involvement in the “war” against Iran.
McCain appears whenever bloody coups are staged, for example: Libya (Arab Spring), Syria, Ukraine (Maidan revolution).
Image

Can we soon add Iran to this list?
On 15 March 2017, McCain was part of the celebration for the “Nowruz” war against Iran, organised by the Organization of Iranian American Communities-US (OIAC).

The following video shows John McCain meeting Maryam Rajavi of the MEK in Albania, April 2017.
Just listen to what this great “patriot” has to say about bringing human rights to Iran. Strangely McCain forgets to mention that he is a strong supporter of genocide and dictatorship…

I think that sanctions against Iran could be just another ploy to grant a monopoly to the big oil corporations that are effectively above the law.
The result of this embargo is that the Erdogan family got a monopoly on gas from Iran.
And... Royal Dutch Shell makes billions of Euros from Iranian oil.

In March 2010, Royal Dutch Shell was caught loading Iranian crude on the oil tanker Front Page (evading sanctions). The Front Page left a port in the UAE on March 17 and reported it was going to another UAE port, then on to Saudi Arabia. Ship-tracking data reveal that Front Page also made an unreported stop, to the coast of Iran where it loaded Iranian oil.

Total SA chartered another oil tanker that stopped in Iran in March 2010. This oil tanker turned off its tracking transponder throughout the visit, according to ship-tracking data (this link is obviously not to a site affiliated with Royal Dutch Shell…): http://royaldutchshellplc.com/2010/05/2 ... iscreetly/

Post by Firestarter »

On 5 January, top House Republicans Kevin McCarthy and Ed Royce introduced a resolution condemning the Iranian regime, to increase international pressure on Tehran over its handling of the demonstrations.
Royce and McCarthy explained:
The radical regime in Tehran denies basic freedoms and crushes opposition with deadly force while pushing billions of dollars to terrorist activities abroad.
Apparently they’ve got the US, Britain, Saudi Arabia, the UAE and/or Israel mixed up with Iran...

The House resolution comes a day after Senators Bob Corker and Ben Cardin, introduced their own resolution in support of the war against Iranian people, calling on the UN to condemn the “ongoing human rights violations”: https://www.washingtontimes.com/news/20 ... crackdown/

I had thoroughly investigated (or at least thought I did) 9/11: https://www.lawfulpath.com/forum/viewto ... t=20#p4559

I was looking for information on Iran and was shocked to find that Iran has been sentenced to pay more than $10.5 billion because they were found guilty for the terrorist attacks on 11 September 2001...
They used for “evidence” the wonderful (undisputed) work of the 9/11 Commission that was ordered to explain how the official story could have been true.
The 9/11 Commission claimed that some of the reported hijackers had not only travelled through Iran, but Iranian border authorities didn’t stamp the passports of the “terrorists”. Otherwise this group of 19 Muslim extremists would have drawn attention from the US authorities.

The most important “evidence” appears to be what former Iranian intelligence agent Abolghasem Meshabi had to say.
They also used for “evidence” the confessions of the “terrorist” that were tortured into confessing at Guantanamo Bay (and similar locations).
US expert witnesses explained that in their “expert” opinion, Iran was behind it all, including Daniel L. Byman, Janice L. Kephart, Patrick Clawson, Claire M. Lopez, Bruce D. Tefft, and Ronen Bergman.
“Investigative journalist” Kenneth Timmerman confirmed that Meshabi is very credible. Timmerman was even used as expert witness.

On 9 March 2016, a US civil court ruled that Iran must pay the victims of 9/11 more than $10.5 billion in fines (this is just a short document without explanation):
The Ashton plaintiffs are awarded a default judgment against Iran in the amount of $7,494,720,000. The Federal Insurance plaintiffs are awarded a default judgment against Iran in the amount of $3,040,998,426.03.
https://law.justia.com/cases/federal/di ... 39284/785/

The same judge that pronounced Iran guilty, George B. Daniels, had on 29 September 2015 ruled that Saudi Arabia can’t be sued because it has sovereign immunity.
On 14 March 2016, Iran’s Foreign Ministry said Iran won’t pay, because:
The ruling is ludicrous and absurd to the point that it makes a mockery of the principle of justice while [it] further tarnishes the US judiciary’s reputation.
http://www.washingtonsblog.com/2016/03/ ... s-pay.html

On 23 May 2013, FBI Agent Daniel A. Mehochko was honored for his report in which he explained that the events of 9/11: provided an unprecedented opportunity for a strategic rapprochement between the United States and Iran”.
Iran didn’t even claim that 9/11 was nothing but a false flag …
At the January 2002 Afghanistan Donors Conference in Tokyo, Iran even pledged $540 million in assistance for the new Afghan puppet government, compared to the $290 million committed by the United States: https://www.strategic-culture.org/news/ ... -9-11.html

The Foundation for Defense of Democracies (FDD) of Trump backer Sheldon Adelson also pushes for the war against Iran.
For more information on Sheldon Adelson, who on 3 October met Donald Trump and Jared Kushner at the White House to discuss strategies to make the most out of the 1 October Las Vegas “mass shooting”: https://www.lawfulpath.com/forum/viewto ... 1156#p4358

The FDD explained that it’s unreasonable that Iran didn’t pay after it was sentenced to pay more than $56 billion to American terror victims. This includes over $1 billion that were awarded against Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei himself.

This sort of means that Iran can be found liable for every terrorist attack for which Hezbollah, Hamas and even USAma Bin Laden had already been “proven” guilty. To me that this looks like changing history in the best Orwellian tradition…
On 20 April 2016, the US Supreme Court ruled that nearly $2 billion in frozen Iranian government funds must be turned over to injured survivors and families of Americans killed in several terrorist attacks for which Iran was found liable by US courts. Even after this $2 billion has been paid (how much of this went to the lawyers?) Iran still owes $53 billion in outstanding federal court judgments to American victims of “Iranian terrorism”: http://www.defenddemocracy.org/media-hi ... d-us-cour/
(archived here: http://archive.is/Rjqck)

Havlish obtained a $6.1 billion judgment against Iran, but Iran refused to pay.
On 25 May 2016, the US court ruled that victims of the 9/11 terrorist attack on the World Trade Center, wouldn´t get (part of) the $2.1 billion that Royal Dutch Shell rightfully owed Iran, but couldn´t pay because of the sanctions.
Maybe Shell would rather keep the $2.1 billion…

The US District Court in New York decided that Royal Dutch Shell doesn´t conduct a “continuous and systematic” business in the state of New York, so has no jurisdiction: http://royaldutchshellplc.com/2017/08/1 ... shell-plc/

According to Reuters, in March 2012 an Iranian tanker delivered 1.5 million barrels of oil to Shell’s refinery in Singapore despite sanctions.
Royal Dutch Shell claimed that it “complies with all all applicable sanctions”.
Some industry sources claim that Shell is one of the biggest consumers of Iranian crude worldwide: https://www.reuters.com/article/iran-cr ... 5620120302

Re: Iran, Mujahedin, the CIA and big oil

Post by Firestarter »

Israel's Defence Minister Avigdor Lieberman says Iran is on the brink of economic and military collapse: “They know that the Iranian regime is in its final days and will soon collapse”.
Lieberman also said that Israel will attack: “Every military outpost in Syria in which Iran seems to be trying to dig in militarily, we will destroy”.

According to the “reliable” Washington Times, adviser to Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, Ali Shirazi, said earlier this month: “If you provide an excuse for Iran, Tel Aviv and Haifa will be razed to the ground”: https://www.zerohedge.com/news/2018-04- ... final-days

There is also a story that Iran will leave the petro-dollar and have their oil paid for in Euros. If more oil exporting countries follow this example the US dollar could crash...
Before the invasion of Iraq in 2003, Saddam Hussein wanted Iraqi oil paid in Euros, and Gaddafi even wanted Libyan oil paid for in gold, before he was lynched in the “Arabic spring”.

Last month, Tehran announced that US currency will no longer be allowed.
Iran is also developing cryptocurrencies: http://www.shtfplan.com/headline-news/i ... y_04232018

Qasem Soleimani assassination 3 January

Post by Firestarter »

The real question should be what this assassination is really about?
Is it part of Trump’s campaign strategy to be re-elected in 2020?!?

Is it to curb the massive Iraqi protests against the corrupt regime?

The drone strike that assassinated General Soleimani on 3 January happened at the Baghdad International Airport (within 100 miles from Iran’s border).
Why didn’t Iraq shoot down the drone?!?

Qasem Soleimani was a supporter of the US-backed Arab Spring since it began in late 2010.
In a May 2011 speech in Qom, Soleimani declared that the uprisings “provide our revolution with the greatest opportunities … we must witness victory in Egypt, Iraq, Lebanon, and Syria. This is the fruit of the Islamic Revolution”.

Soleimani has also supported Syria’s president Assad (with his British banker wife).

In the summer of 2018, President Donald made another one of his famous BS tweets to Iranian President Hassan Rouhani:
NEVER, EVER THREATEN THE UNITED STATES AGAIN OR YOU WILL SUFFER CONSEQUENCES THE LIKES OF WHICH FEW THROUGHOUT HISTORY HAVE EVER SUFFERED BEFORE. WE ARE NO LONGER A COUNTRY THAT WILL STAND FOR YOUR DEMENTED WORDS OF VIOLENCE & DEATH. BE CAUTIOUS!

In response, Soleimani tore into Trump with unusual bombast in a speech:
The U.S. president … made some idiotic comments on Twitter. It is beneath the dignity of the president of the great Islamic country of Iran to respond, so I will respond, as a soldier of our great nation. You threaten us with a measure that the world has not seen before. First of all, it has been over a year since Trump became U.S. president, but that man’s rhetoric is still that of a casino, of a bar. He talks to the world in the style of a bartender or a casino manager.

Mr. Trump, the gambler! […] You are well aware of our power and capabilities in the region. You know how powerful we are in asymmetrical warfare. Come, we are waiting for you. We are the real men on the scene, as far as you are concerned. You know that a war would mean the loss of all your capabilities. You may start the war, but we will be the ones to determine its end.
It’s unfortunate that Soleimani forgot to mention that Donald Trump has in fact been a failed casino manager: https://ctc.usma.edu/qassem-soleimani-i ... -strategy/
(http://archive.is/Cx1Cy)

Not only Qasem Soleimani was killed in the drone attack, but also the Iraqis Mohammed Reza Al-Jaberi (senior Iraqi commander and head of public affairs of the Hashd), and Abu Mahdi Al-Muhandis (deputy chairman of the Hashd): http://www.renegadetribune.com/soleiman ... r-on-iran/

Re: Qasem Soleimani assassination 3 January

Post by Firestarter »

Personally I find the war between the US and Iran less than convincing. The 3 January assassination of General Qasem Soleimani doesn’t really change this.

In 1979, the ruthless Islamic extremist regime of Ayatollah Khomeini was installed by Anglo-American intelligence, and Iran has been very good to the big oil corporations ever since: https://www.lawfulpath.com/forum/viewto ... 1583#p5956

Current Iranian President Hassan Rouhani is another crooked lawyer.
Not all of the information in the following article is confirmed by the “independent” Wikipedia (and I haven’t been able to confirm everything)….
Rouhani changed his family name from Fereidun (or Fereydoun or Fereydun).

In 1970s, Rouhani was educated in England, learning textile design and English.

In the 1990s, Rouhani studied for 6 years at the privately owned Caledonian University in Glasgow, Scotland, which gave him a PhD in “Islamic law” (in 1999).
This was arranged by none other by Jack Straw (Secretary of various offices in the British government for most of 1997 to 2010): https://www.orient-news.net/en/news_sho ... -elections
(http://archive.is/8LDwB)

In 2014, Tehran’s only Jewish hospital, the Dr. Sapir Hospital and Charity Center, received $400,000 from the government of President Hassan Rouhani.
The cash was delivered by Rouhani’s brother, Hossein Fereydoon: http://web.archive.org/save/https://www ... world&_r=0

During the Anglo-American orchestrated Islamic coup of 1979, the Dr. Sapir Hospital and Charity Center was one of the very few (the only) that helped the wounded “revolutionaries” without reporting them to the notorious SAVAK.
Ayatollah Khomeini himself wrote a personal thank you note to the hospital after the coup succeeded: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dr._Sapir ... ity_Center

Mohammad Zarif is another lawyer, who was the Foreign Affairs Minister in Iran from July 2013 to February 2019.
In 1977, when he was a teenager, Zarif left Iran to study in the US. Zarif attended private college-preparatory high school Drew College Preparatory School in San Francisco, California. He later studied at San Francisco State University, from which he gained a Master degree in 1982.

In San Francisco, Zarif joined the Islamic Student Association and made friends who later became political figures in Iran, including the brother of Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani, Iranian president from 1989 to 1997.

Zarif continued his studies at the Josef Korbel School of International Studies, University of Denver, from which he obtained a Ph.D. in international law and policy in 1988: https://www.france24.com/en/20190226-za ... clear-deal
(http://archive.is/aUuub)

After the seizure of the US embassy in Tehran by Islamist students in 1979, Zarif was sent to shut down Iran's consulate in San Francisco.
Both of his children were born in the United States.

Zarif later protested at the Iranian mission to the United Nations, where the Iranian ambassador to the United Nations offered him a job in May 1982.

Zarif has spent more time with John Kerry than any other foreign minister in the world: https://edition.cnn.com/2015/04/03/midd ... index.html

Zarif was Iran's representative at the UN from 2002 to 2007

In 2016, Zarif with John Kerry shared the Chatham House Prize (awarded by the Royal Institute of International Affairs, a.k.a. Chatham House): https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mohammad_Javad_Zarif

See Bonesmen George W. Bush and John Kerry outside the Skull & Bones crypt, circa 1966.

Qasem Soleimani wasn’t the first high Iranian official that was silenced for knowing too much or being a threat to the Iranian regime.

In 1977, Hassan Rouhani delivered the eulogy for Khomeini’s dead son, who supposedly committed “suicide”.

In 1992, Rouhani’s son reportedly committed “suicide” by shooting himself with his father’s pistol.
According to Seyed Hossein Mousavian, who was very familiar with Rouhani, Rouhani’s son was assassinated on a military base in southern Tehran “on political grounds”.

In June 2001, Leila Pahlavi, daughter of the Shah Mohammed Reza Pahlavi who died in Egypt, also supposedly committed “suicide”.

In 2011, Alireza Pahlavi, son of the former shah of Iran, also died of a reported “suicide”.
Alireza Pahlavi was also educated in the US. He obtained a B.A. from Princeton University in 1984 and a masters degree from Columbia University in 1992 and later attended Harvard University: https://heavy.com/news/2018/07/rouhani- ... extremism/

Trump ties to Revolutionary Guard

Post by Firestarter »

Maybe General Qasem Soleimani was killed as a diversion strategy from the limitless amount of scandals the Trump family is involved in?
And was another disaster orchestrated for more diversion?!?

Iran's state TV has reported that its military "unintentionally" shot down Ukrainian passenger jet PS752 with a missile, killing all 176 people on board.
The statement said it had done so due to "human error" as the plane was mistaken for a "hostile target" when it flew close to a site belonging to Iran's Revolutionary Guards: https://www.bbc.com/news/world-middle-east-51073621

The Trump Organization, Ivanka Trump in particular, was in business with the Baku XXI Century of the Azerbaijani Mammadov family since 2008. The Mammadovs were in turn business partners of the Iranian construction company Azarpassillo of Keyumars Darvishi (since about 2008).

Azarpassillo’s chairman, Keyumars Darvishi, became the head of Raman after he fought in the Iran-Iraq War. Raman is an Iranian construction firm, controlled by the Revolutionary Guard (that was controlled by Soleimani).

At least 2 of Keyumars’s brothers — Habil and Kamal Keyumars — were (are) also associates of the Revolutionary Guard. Ziya Mammadov conspired with the Revolutionary Guard to make overpriced deals that would enrich them both while using shell companies to launder the money and circumvent sanctions against Iran.

Trump spokesman Alan Garten admitted that the Trump Organization learned in 2015 about “the possibility” that the Mammadovs had ties to the Revolutionary Guard, but the company didn’t end the Baku deal until December 2016 (after Trump was elected US president): http://archive.is/9pqcZ

Firestarter wrote: Wed Oct 10, 2018 4:07 pmAzerbaijani partners in crime of US president Donald Trump since 2012, in a project to build a Trump Tower in Baku, also appear in the Laundromat scheme.
The $35 million project was controlled by Baku XXI Century of Elton and Anar Mammadov, the brother and son of the country's transport minister Ziya Mammadov. They hold seats in parliament and have ties to Azerbaijani President Aliyev.
The Mammadovs’ Baghlan holding company is linked to Laundromat transactions.

Ziya also has connections to Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard and with Iraq-Iran war veteran Keyumars Davishi, the chairman of a company which Mammadov awarded transportation contracts to in 2008.
In February 2017, defense and intelligence officials warned the White House against designating Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard as a terrorist organisation.

Anar founded The Azerbaijan American Alliance. Between 2011 and 2015, he spent almost $13 million for lobbying in the US.
Anar Mammadov lives in London and considers Ivanka Trump a “dear friend” (see them together).

In October 2014, Ivanka Trump toured Trump Tower Baku that was scheduled to open in 2015. Ivanka wrote that she had “overseen” the project. For some reason the hotel never opened despite being almost completed.

Wilbur and the FBI in Iran

Post by Firestarter »

I was thinking that some “news” like this would be made, to make everybody scared shitless over the nuclear bomb threat, as the ultimate distraction (the supposed only weapon of mass destruction that was never used on a massive scale)…
Iran has informed the United Nations and the International Atomic Energy Agency that its nuclear program “no longer faces any operating restrictions”, which hypothetically means that it could produce those magical nuclear weapons that we’ve heard so much about: https://www.rt.com/news/477529-iran-rol ... lear-deal/

It shouldn’t surprise anybody that Donald’s Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross profits from business with a country under US sanctions – Iran.

Wilbur Ross has gotten some adverse publicity for his connections to China and Russia.
Wilbur Ross’s Navigator Holdings is in business with the Sibur in which Vladimir Putin’s “son-in-law” Kirill Shamalov is a stakeholder: https://www.lawfulpath.com/forum/viewto ... 4872#p4872

Wilbur Ross’s Diamond S Shipping is also in business with Iran.
One of the main clients of Diamond S was the Russian oligarch controlled Glencore.

And... the Trump Organization has rented space to state-controlled Iranian Bank Melli that, according to the US government, funded the Islamic Revolutionary Guard (controlled by General Soleimani): https://www.lawfulpath.com/forum/viewto ... 5984#p5984

See the countries visited by Diamond S Shipping’s fleet, including Venezuela and Iran.
Image

Most of Diamond S Shipping’s fleet sails under Chinese flags, and is tied to a Chinese investment fund. Its ships have also visited ports in Russian and Iran: https://www.pri.org/stories/2017-11-07/ ... investment

Another controversial deal that involves Wilbur Ross is the 2017 trade deal with China that was cut with the help of Wendy Teramoto, chief of staff to Commerce Secretary Ross …

At the time Teramoto was still a director for Navigator Holdings Ltd.
On 3 March 2017, Teramoto was (also) still on the board of directors for Diamond S. Shipping. Teramoto resigned from the board of Diamond S. Shipping before becoming full-time chief of staff on 1 August 2017.

In November 2017, Teramoto still served as a director of another shipping company, Nautical Bulk Holdings Ltd. and its 19 subsidiaries. Nautical Bulk was also founded by Ross and other investors in 2013.

Ross was also chairman of Diamond S. Shipping, while he promised to step down when he became Commerce secretary. It’s unclear at what time he did: https://www.marketplace.org/2017/11/06/ ... firm-tied/
(http://archive.is/iER9D)

Another example of the FBI funding the Iranian regime…
Firestarter wrote: Sun Jul 01, 2018 5:28 pmThe rabbit hole to Nat Rothschild’s buddy Deripaska even leads to the FBI at a time that its director was one Robert Mueller…

In 2009, the FBI asked Oleg Deripaska to funnel millions of dollars to rescue former FBI agent Robert Levinson, who was captured in Iran in 2007, while working for the CIA.
In 2009, FBI agents courted Deripaska in a series of secret hotel meetings in Paris, Vienna, Budapest and Washington.

Re: Qasem Soleimani assassination 3 January

Post by Firestarter »

Some mainstream US media have labelled the assassinated Qasem Soleimani as a monstrous blood-soaked, terrorist mastermind, as evil as Osama bin Laden.
Trump supporters have also pointed out that most Iranians hate Soleimani, and use social media comments for “evidence”.

Social media disinformation expert Professor Marc Owen Jones analysed the trend. He found that most of the 60,000 Soleimani-hating came from nearly 10,000 accounts, which had for the most common phrases “Make America Great Again” and “Trump”. Personally I wouldn’t expect that accounts using those phrases are Iranians.
Marc Jones concluded that “once again that the online right wing MAGA movement is boosting the trend that seeks to indicate that Iranians actually hated Soleimani”.

Those who were most extreme in their opposition to the recently killed general, had typical machine-generated usernames and generic profiles, with little personal data and default, plain displays on their page. This is an increasingly common occurrence in conflicts, to control the narrative on the internet.
In November 2019, during the U.S.-backed coup against President Evo Morales, thousands of newly created bots boosted a Spanish-language hashtag “there is no coup in Bolivia”.

There is evidence to suggest that most Iranians didn’t hate the killed Soleimani.
A 2019 survey by the University of Maryland found that “General Soleimani remains the most popular Iranian public figure” with 59% of the country viewing him “very favorably” and more than 80% of Iranians having a positive opinion of him.

A Morning Consultant poll showed that 47% of the Americans interviewed, support the drone assassination of Soleimani, although they agreed it made America less safe.
According to recent polls by Reuters and Ipsos, 39% of Americans “strongly disapprove” of the Trump administration’s handling of the Iran situation. Last weekend there were more than 70 anti-war protests across the United States.

According to Noam Chomsky, the US is a “rogue state” conducting “reckless international terrorism” with Trump’s actions giving ISIS “another lease on life”: https://www.mintpressnews.com/study-bot ... ag/264024/
