I have become aware of the Right to travel v. the Drivers License. There are many papers written on the subject, including the Constitution of the United States, a contract, in writing, between The People and the Government, and The United State Supreme Court and ruling on the subject. I have been informed that if I do not give up my Right to Travel and get a Drivers License, pay a fee for it, The Auto Insurance I paid for is void in the case of an auto collision, even if is not my fault.
I am not sure of this information. I do not like this fear tactic by the State and the insurance company.
