Deripaska, McGonigal, Puerto Rico

It’s no wonder that the Putin-loving ‘alternative’ media have been pushing another story on Kushner’s Albanian island (I intend to do a follow-up post but don’t know when...)!

On 15 January 2026, President Trump pardoned former FBI counterintelligence agent Mark T. Rossini, who had refused to testify about his work for Russian oligarchs Oleg Deripaska and Dmitry Rybolovlev.
The pardon came 6 months after the daughter of Rossini’s co-defendant, Julio Herrera Velutini, donated $3.5 million to Trump-aligned super PACs. Venezuelan-Italian billionaire banker Herrera and former Puerto Rico Governor Wanda Vázquez Garced were pardoned alongside Rossini.

In August 2022, Puerto Rico’s grand jury indicted Vázquez, Herrera, and Rossini on conspiracy and bribery charges. Herrera used Rossini as the intermediary to bribe the Puerto Rico Governor Wanda Vázquez Garced.
In September 2024, when Biden was still in the White House, the prosecution bizarrely invoked the Classified Information Procedures Act (CIPA). CIPA allows the US Government to protect state secrets during a trial. Herrera swapped his local legal team for lawyers with connections to Trump and US Government agencies, including Christopher M. Kise, Trump’s personal attorney for the Mar-a-Lago classified documents investigation,

I thought that Puerto Rico was supposed to be an independent country?!?
And they were later pardoned by US president Trump for an indictment in Puerto Rico?

In September 2025, none other than the Putin-loving deep stater Tucker Carlson released the documentary “The 9/11 Files”, in which Rossini was pictured as a heroic whistleblower that was a victim of the “deep state”.

Firestarter wrote: Fri May 30, 2025 6:47 amIn the spring of 2022, McGonigal was hired as the global head of security for the previously mentioned Aman Resorts (that is building luxury real estate on the Albanian coast with Jared Kushner).

And to top it all…
In September 2018, McGonigal was hired at Brookfield Properties, a subsidiary of Brookfield asset management (!)
Rossini and McGonigal each owned 25% in the Albanian company “Lawoffice & Investigation”. The third partner was former Albanian intelligence officer Agron Neza, who had handed McGonigal the $225,000 in cash.
Neza also got a get out of jail free card for becoming an FBI informant against McGonigal, who pleaded guilty to accepting and concealing the $225,000 from Deripaska via Neza, while still running FBI counterintelligence. Charles McGonigal is currently serving more than 6 years in federal prison.

Michael Flynn, Trump’s former NSA, got nearly $100,000 from NSO Group’s parent firms;
Jeff Miller, who raised millions for Trump, received $170,000 from an NSO-linked company;
Rod Rosenstein, Trump’s former deputy attorney general, represented NSO Group in a lawsuit;

When looking for more information on the Israel/UAE/Trump associated NSO Group, the little known Jewish Argentine-Brit Walter Soriano came up, who is apparently connected to at least 3 Kushner/Rothschild /Chabad connected Russian oligarchs.
Firestarter wrote: Tue Jun 23, 2026 7:19 amRossini’s work for Deripaska and Rybolovlev came through the “USG Security Limited” of Walter Soriano
.
In 2019, the US Senate Committee asked for Walter Soriano’s correspondence with Israeli intelligence firms Psy-Group, Wikistrat, and Black Cube, and his communication with Paul Manafort and Michael Flynn.
Psy Group was contracted to work for the Russian oligarchs Oleg Deripaska and Dmitry Rybolovlev.
Soriano has also reportedly worked for both of them, and Roman Abramovich.

Flynn advised OSY Technologies from mid-2016 to January 2017.
In 2016, Former US intelligence official Richard Frankel joined Soriano’s security firm USG Security. Frankel was a senior aide and “friend” to Michael Flynn.

OSY Technologies (a.k.a. NSO Group) hired a law firm known for its work for the sanctioned Russian oligarch Oleg Deripaska. Reportedly also involved is the Bulgaria and Cyprus-based Circles, another OSY subsidiary.
Saudi Arabia acquired Circles software to spy on journalists and political opponents.

Reportedly Soriano hired private investigators to collect compromising information on the investigators of the corruption of Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu.
The Israeli associates of Soriano include Netanyahu’s confidants Isaac Molho and Ari Harow. Harow was Netanyahu’s Chief of Staff before he was convicted of fraud and breach of trust.

The founders of Circles, Boaz Goldman and Nadia Ropleva, are now leaders at the London-based FloLive. FloLive claims to offer protection against the exact type of hacking that Circles exploits. Numerous employees have moved from and to Circles to and from FloLive.

Walter Soriano’s personal lawyer, Shlomo Rechtschaffen, as well as Soriano’s business partner, Doron Cohen, are both shareholders of FloLive. Rechtschaffen and Cohen also work for Soriano’s real estate business in London. Cohen also partnered with Soriano in a real estate venture in Florida: https://forensicnews.net/2020/06/16/isr ... r-soriano/
(https://archive.is/V0xNz)

NSO purchased Circles in 2014 for just under $130 million.
NSO Group is currently locked in a legal battle in California where WhatsApp (owned by Facebook) sued NSO, alleging that “NSO was sending malware to take control of phones via WhatsApp and was using Facebook infrastructure as part of its hacking campaign”.

In 2014, Circles and FloLive’s Cyprus branch were both owned by “Global Seven Group LP” in the British Virgin Islands.
FloLive has raised over $26,000,000 from Venture Capital firms, some located in the US, including 3 based in California – Qualcomm Ventures, Saban Ventures, and Dell Technologies Capital.

Circles’ surveillance tools were sold to the UAE Supreme Council for National Security through a private UAE company acting as an intermediary.
Circles intercepted messages of a Qatari journalist for UAE’s Supreme Council for National Security.

The NSO Group’s Pegasus has been used by the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Mexico, and other countries.
Nigerian state officials purchased surveillance tools from Circles, in part, to spy on the family of political opponents and dissidents who made negative posts about the government.

Circles sent data storage devices from Bulgaria to the Mexican company Eyetech Solutions, that provides surveillance for local governments.
In the region, Eyetech Solutions is run by a former Israeli military officer and advisor to Netanyahu.

The owner of EyeTech Solutions is allegedly close to the President of El Salvador, Nayib Bukele, where Eyetech Solutions scored an $85 million contract for “the prevention of violence, crime and local development in the municipality of the El Salvadorian capital”: https://forensicnews.net/2020/04/29/the ... nso-group/

Trump’s reported income for 2025 includes more than $1.4 billion from cryptocurrency, of which more than $500 million from World Liberty Financial and $635 million from the $TRUMP meme coins.
According to Forbes, in his first year back in the White House Trump’s net worth has ballooned from $2.4bn to $6 billion.

In February 2025, Trump’s SEC dropped charges against Coinbase, the largest US-based cryptocurrency exchange: https://www.aljazeera.com/news/2026/6/3 ... ent-filing

Trump, with Steve Witkoff and their sons, launched World Liberty a few months before the 2024 election.
World Liberty is expected to receive a national trust bank charter, which would make it even more lucrative.

According to Forbes, Eric Trump’s net worth has shot up from $40 million to $400 million since his dad was re-elected.
Donald Trump, Jr. went from $50 million to $300 million.
Barron Trump is now worth about $150 million.

Eight of the 15 members of Trump’s Defense Policy Board, tasked with providing strategic advice and making recommendations to the Pentagon, have close ties to arms companies and/or foreign governments.

This includes Marc Andreessen (him again!) that backs military technology startups like Anduril, Saronic, Skydio and Shield AI, that all have contracts with the Pentagon.

The vice-chair of the new committee is former Sen. Norm Coleman, a lobbyist for Saudi Arabia.

Blake Masters, was an executive at Palantir and is still on the board of the Thiel Foundation.
Theo Wold, senior counsellor at Palantir, was also appointed to the committee.

The appointees also include Tom Feddo (founder of national security consulting firm Rubicon Advisors), Michael Pillsbury (senior fellow at defence and artificial intelligence-focused consulting firm American Global Strategies) and Mike Garcia (former congressman and Raytheon executive).

Another member, Christopher A. Williams, was already on Bush Jr’s similar Defense Policy Board and now oversees a national security consulting firm that represents defence contractors. Williams was hired by Boeing and Northrop Grumman while he advised Bush Jr’s Pentagon.
Nine of the 30 members of Bush Jr’s Defense Policy Board had ties to companies that were awarded $76 billion in defence contracts in 2001 and 2002, in the lead-up to the Iraq War: https://responsiblestatecraft.org/defen ... d-members/

The Trump administration has been arranging a tungsten mining project in Kazakhstan, worth billions of dollars, for the American company Kaz Resources (formerly known as Cove Kaz). Pini Althaus is the executive chairman of Kaz Resources.
Trump’s Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick helped push along the deal, including a letter to Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to give the contract to Althaus. The Trump administration awarded $1.6 billion in federal financing to the tungsten mining project.

See Howard Lutnick and Pini Althaus, posing for a photo with Kazakh officials.

Within weeks of the negotiations on the Kazakh tungsten deal, Dominari Securities, which is partly owned by Don Jr. and Eric Trump, with others acquired a 20% stake in Kaz Resources.
Around the same time, Lutnick’s Cantor Fitzgerald helped another lead investors in the Kazakh deal raise $210 million, which has probably made Cantor millions of dollars in fees.

The Kazakh deal was signed on 6 November 2025, 6 days after the Dominari investment. Kaz Resources now owns 70% of the venture, and the Kazakh state mining company the other 30%.

The Trump administration also awarded $1.6 billion in federal funding to USA Rare Earth, another mining company founded by Althaus.
The Commerce Department also took 16 million USA Rare Earth shares in the deal. Cantor Fitzgerald also earned millions of dollars by helping USA Rare Earth raise a cool $1.5 billion.

The Trump and/or Lutnick families have financial ties to at least 14 companies that are collaborating with the US federal government on mining deals.
These 14 companies have benefited from $8.9 billion in federal funding from the Trump administration, or have pending permit applications before the Commerce Department, led by Lutnick.

When I looked for information on this "Pini Althaus", I didn’t find anything. I DID find another "Pini Althaus" that defended the Chabad-Lubavitch child sex abuse in Australia, blaming it on the "time":
In the case of two American citizens who acted inappropriately, Rabbi Groner gave them the choice to leave the country immediately or face criminal action. In retrospect, perhaps the latter would have been more appropriate; however, this was not the ‘culture’ at that time, to masser or turn someone in to the authorities.

On 10 February, President Trump purchased between $1 million and $5 million worth of Axon stock. Then on 24 February, ICE announced buying another 17,800 Tasers, with specifications matching only Axon products.
Axon shares rose more than 22% in the month after Trump’s purchase, before levelling off. On 26 June the stock was up 7% from his purchase date.

Axon announced a Ring partnership in 2025 that lets Ring users share footage with law enforcement through Axon’s platform. Axon’s Fusus platform aggregates community cameras, body cameras, drones and other feeds onto a real-time map (we aren't by chance living in an open prison are we?!?).
You are talking about a platform that could give federal law enforcement a real-time picture of where people are, what is happening on the ground and how to respond with local precision.
.
Axon has intensified its lobbying, spending nearly $2.5 million in 2025, and hiring former top Palantir employee Claudia Davidson.
Naturally Democrats have also been bought and paid to promote Axon, including senators Ruben Gallego and Mark Kelly, who introduced bills to mandate body cameras on DHS officers: https://www.cnbc.com/2026/06/29/trump-a ... ement.html
