On 26 May 2018, Elliott Broidy sued Ahmed Al-Rumaihi, accusing him of leaking his emails (that made the previous exposé by AP possible) to damage his reputation over his wheeling and dealing with the UAE (and the Saudis) and the Trump White House.

In another one of those strange coincidences, rapper Ice Cube also sued Al-Rumaihi over not keeping up their deal on financing a pro-basketball league. Ice Cube’s business partner Jeff Kwatinetz, is also a friend of Steve Bannon.


In May 2018, founders of the BIG3 basketball league, Ice Cube and Jeff Kwatinetz, started a bizarre $1.2 billion lawsuit against 4 Qatari "investors". Qatari Ahmed al Rumaihi promised to invest $20.5 million in BIG3 but only paid $7.5 million (how this makes a claim of $1.2 billion is beyond my comprehension...). The defendants include sheikh Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Saud al Thani, as CEO of the Qatari Investment Authority (QIA).

Ice Cube is a legendary gangsta rapper, while Kwatinetz is a former business partner and friend of none other than the SCL Group's, Trump's, Bolsonaro's and Giorgia Meloni's spin doctor Steve Bannon.

Kenny Meiselas is a celebrity attorney, mainly for musicians. He is also a partner in the Robin Hood Foundation.
Kenny's 3 sons, Ben, Brett and Jordan Meiselas started MeidasTouch to get some Trump-hater donations and to trash Trump (or Republicans in general). Ironically the corrupt Meiselas brothers are using some of the same tactics they have trashed Trump over.

Kenny's son Ben Meiselas is a celebrity attorney like his father; his clients include Colin Kaepernick in his high-profile case.
Ben also represents Ice Cube’s and Jeff Kwatinetz's Big3 basketball league. So you have the Trump-trashing lawyer Ben Meiselas representing the BIG3 of Bannon's buddy!

The story of the lawsuit is that Al Rumaihi asked Kwatinetz to tell Bannon that the Qatari government would pay for his political activities.
Hard to believe, but Kwatinetz claims he was was "offended" and that neither he nor Bannon would take a bribe. According to the affidavit:

Mr. Al-Rumaihi laughed, and then stated to me that I shouldn’t be naive, that so many Washington politicians take our money, and stated ‘do you think Flynn turned down our money?'

"Flynn" refers to Trump's short-term national security adviser Michael Flynn...

On 12 December 2016, Al-Rumaihi escorted Qatari foreign minister Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani (if I understand correctly, Hamad bin Jassim bin Jaber Al Thani's son), in the presence of Michael Cohen, for a meeting with destined NSA Mike Flynn in the Trump Tower. Some claim that Al-Rumaihi’s visit was connected to the sale of the Russian firm Rosneft, which was closed on 10 December 2016.

Cohen reportedly pitched a $1 million deal to Al-Rumaihi (in December 2016 head of Qatar Investments of QIA) that was declined.

Nader, with Ahmad “Andy” Khawaja, has also been charged with laundering more than $3.5 million in foreign campaign donations from March 2016 to January 2017, including the 2016 presidential campaign.

Ahmad "Andy" Khawaja is hiding in Beirut from prosecution in the US.
Khawaja claims the Saudis and the Emiratis illegally paid hundreds of millions of dollars to the Trump campaign in 2016. To keep it secret, they disguised the money as small donations (less than $200) from Americans that don’t have to be reported to the Federal Election Commission.
The Saudis and Emiratis made thousands of these small donations using the latest payment processing technology. Khawaja sold this know-how to UAE middleman, George Nader.

George Nader told Khawaja during Donald’s Inauguration that they had put “a few hundred million” into the Trump campaign. Khawaja claims that the payments are continuing to this day.
Khawaja claims that the UAE has spent “$25 to $30 million” on a lobbying effort against him that reaches into the DoJ. The White House is working with/for the UAE.

In 2016, only 22% of Hillary Clinton’s campaign money came from small donors, while 69% of all the money the Trump campaign raised came from individuals giving less than $200 each. In one quarter last year, 99% of Trump’s contributors were small donors.
Apparently many of these less than $200 donations weren’t from “small donors”...

Nader paid Khawaja almost $5 million of the $10 million agreed for the technology to make the thousands of small donations.
In December 2019, the Department of Justice (DoJ) have charged Nader and Khawaja for using the $5 million, so Khawaja could illegally donate $3.5 million to Hillary Clinton’s campaign in 2016.
Khawaja responds:

Why would George need to give me even one dollar to give to Hillary Clinton? He’s a US citizen. He can do it himself. I made a deal with George and he bought a product from me. I never lobbied for anyone, I never took any money from a foreign leader. Never.

In early 2016, George Nader introduced Khawaja to crown prince of Abu Dhabi Mohammed bin Zayed (MbZ) that rules the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
After this meeting, Nader said he wanted to buy Khawaja’s “payment engine”, so the UAE could making thousands of “online micropayments” to the Trump campaign and the RNC. Much of the money would come from Saudi Arabia. The Emiratis would run the operation and use data bought from the Chinese.
According to Khawaja Nader told him:

We have all the data already, we have 10 million US consumers’ data. And we have endless money.

Yes, I have met with Putin already and we have a green light from him. Because Putin is on the same page with us. He wants Hillary to lose.

Khawaja has shown no proof of these secret payments to the Trump campaign.
A friend of Nader’s for 30 years has confirmed that Nader in 2016 told him about the micropayments from the UAE and Saudi Arabia, over lunch at the Beverly Wilshire hotel in Los Angeles. Nader told him he was paid $12 million a month from the royal court in Abu Dhabi to run the election funding operation.


In 2010, Khawaja and his US and British companies forfeited $13 million (£9 million) seized by Robert Mueller’s FBI in 2009 to resolve money laundering in connection with illegal online gambling allegations.


In May 2019, Khawaja and his firm settled charges that the company knowingly processed payments for online firms that were engaged in fraud with the Federal Trade Commission for $110 million.
Khawaja hired a high-powered legal team that includes former FBI director Louis Freeh and 2 former lawyers for OJ Simpson: Robert Shapiro and Alan Dershowitz (who was/is close to both Jeffrey Epstein and president Trump).

Khawaja responded to being charged with illegally donating $3.5 million to Clinton’s 2016 campaign for George Nader: “Nader was a Trump supporter and never cared about Hillary or her campaign. This is a hit job to make Democrats look bad”.
According to the DoJ, WhatsApp messages show that Khawaja and Nader discussed that Nader would reimburse Khawaja for his donations to Clinton, using code and hints that Nader obtained the funds from another source. According to prosecutors, they referred to funds as “baklava” and to Clinton as “sister”.

In a July 2016 WhatsApp message to an unidentified foreign official, Nader said he was “developing a steady, consistent and constructive relationship with both camps!”. Nader has developed relationships with Steve Bannon, Donald Trump Jr., Jared Kushner, Elliott Broidy and Erik Prince.
Erik Prince lives in the UAE, is the brother of Donald’s Education Secretary Betsy DeVos and was once an intern for Putin’s favourite congressman Dana Rohrabacher. In 2016, Prince donated $250,000 to Donald's presidential campaign and another $100,000 to Trump super PAC Make America Number 1, headed by Rebekah Mercer.

According to Mother Jones, it is suspicious that the DoJ didn’t pay enough (if any) attention to the $1 million donation from Khawaja’s company Allied Wallet to Trump’s inaugural committee.

The main character in this thread so far, George Nader, pleaded guilty to possession of child pornography and transportation of a minor (a 14 year old Czech boy that he sexually abused in his Washington home), and in June 2020 was sentenced to 10 years in prison as part of a plea deal.

Donald’s buddy Tom Barrack once invited the Bedouin executive of Aramco to stay with him in Newport Beach, Calif., when he was in California for medical treatment, and in turn Barrack made a nice profit for selling 375 Blue Bird school buses to Aramco.

In the 1970s, Barrack became friends with Paul Manafort when they were working for Saudi interests in Beirut. It was Barrack, who recommended Manafort for the job of campaign manager in early 2016.
After Barrack was chosen as chairman of President Donald’s inaugural committee, he first hired Manafort’s deputy Rick Gates to help run the inauguration and then as a consultant.

In 2010, Barrack led a group of lenders to take over $70 million of the debt owed by Jared Kushner, to keep him out of bankruptcy.

Barrack also arranged the meeting between the Lebanese-American George Nader, gay paedophile and top adviser to the crown prince of the UAE, with Don Trump Jr. on 3 August 2016.
At this occasion, Nader offered the assistance of the rulers of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates to get Donald Trump crowned US president.

Barrack had once made drilling deals with Ambassador Otaiba's father Mana Saeed Al Otaiba (Emirati oil minister at the time).
In 2009, UAE Ambassador to the US Yousef al-Otaiba worked with Barrack to sell the L’Ermitage Raffles hotel in Beverly Hills to a joint venture half owned by an Abu Dhabi investment fund for $41 million. In 2012, Ambassador Otaiba invested $1 million in Barrack’s fund to buy homes on the cheap after the real estate crash.

In May 2016, Tom Barrack also introduced Jared Kushner to UAE Ambassador Yousef al-Otaiba.
Barrack and Ambassador Otaiba also worked to arrange a secret meeting between Trump’s campaign manager Manafort and Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman in June 2016.

Barrack’s Colony NorthStar has raised more than $7 billion in investments since Donald Trump was nominated for president by the Republican Party. Almost 24% of that money came from the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
In 2017, Barrack looked for investors to finance his $400 million purchase of the office tower One California Plaza in Los Angeles. Barrack sold a $70 million stake to an Israeli insurance company and another $70 million to a state investment company controlled by the crown prince of Abu Dhabi (the United Arab Emirates).

Before Donald was elected president, Barrack’s most prominent gulf customers were the Qataris, who amongst others bought the film studio Miramax and a Paris soccer team from him.

In July 2021, Donald Trump's long-time friend Thomas Barrack, who chaired former President Donald's 2017 inauguration fund, was arrested in California and charged with not disclosing, illegally lobbying for the United Arab Emirates and making false statements during a June 2019 interview with federal agents.
Barrack was released on a $250 million bail and has pleaded not guilty.
In November 2022, Barrack was found not guilty on all charges.


Thomas Barrack is also a billionaire and founder and former CEO of the private equity firm Colony Capital. Matthew Grimes, who worked at Colony Capital, was charged along with Barrack.
Colony worked closely with funds in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, raising at least $1.5 billion from the UAE and Saudi Arabia since Trump won the 2016 Republican nomination. Barrack’s firm also got money from the Abraaj Group, a UAE private equity firm that collapsed and was fined a whopping $314.6 million for misconduct in 2019.

Prosecutors accused Barrack of provided government officials from Saudi Arabia, Egypt, the UAE and Bahrain with information about how senior US officials viewed the blockade against Qatar that started mid-2017, accusing Barrack of providing foreign officials with “sensitive non-public information about developments within the Administration, including information about the positions of multiple senior United States government officials with respect to the Qatari blockade conducted by the UAE and other Middle Eastern countries”.

In 2016 during the election campaign, Barrack with Trump’s campaign chairman Paul Manafort set up the super PAC "Rebuilding America Now", which spent $21 million to support Trump. The PAC was accused of illegally laundering foreign money into the US to support Trump and illegal communication with the Trump campaign using firewalls.


It seems that most of our wonderful media missed the connection between the Qatar blockade and the financing of Kushner's NYC 666 Fifth Avenue in this context.

Tom Barrack told the Washington Post that he tried to use his Qatar connection to help Kushner with 666 Fifth Avenue. “Barrack said he told the former prime minister of Qatar to consider investing in the Kushner Cos. property,” according to the Post.
