I've been subjected to many things in my life all of which besides one event have been the result of an action performed by me causing the unwanted reaction. However the number of reations without provacation has increased by one.

What Ive found interesting in this regard is my becoming aware of the absolute corruption of power. How this court treats people who simply lack the knowledge is horrific.

so what happens when you try to send an honest man through.? well you learn fast that you will be treated like a disease. Then the illegal tactics of lawful gain by intentional decieit are initiated, and due to the joyess dark grins i assume it works all the time. However the court learned quick and those grins faded rather quickly but this subsequently alerted the bees even though i had no intention on embarrising their queen. Ive said up to that point no more then 3 words.

After exiting the shame and guilt filled court room i already had a feeling before i exited the double doors i was going to be met with something. I thought to myself "id better leave the second i jump in my truck" well i parked all the way in the back once i made it to my truck i said lets goo goooo. But i hesitated, three seconds and I begin to turn the key before it cranked over,, boom here they came. one at a time would fly down to the of the lot then two parked behind me two rows back one was circling really close and drove by the front slow two others circled a bit wider and the sirens would be played brielfy in sections. They did this for about an hour until shift change.

I referenced bees because ironically I did not move rather I just began to write my log and had that to add also, But having not moved or showing any fear they all flew back into the hive, i couldnt help but laugh a little. Anyways so now since ive passed what they had never anticipated, the judge has begun plucking from the written rules of judicial misconduct. deceit, impartiality, intimidation, threats of contempt(provoked by my silence) [important note] Ive not yet entered into any plea(contract) also the judge has not used her discretion due to ignorance i assume. I know this because my last appearance was a sly attempt to get me to enter into said contract. She did even proceed as it shouldve, instead she began to lie to me and told me court was closed began asking what i was doing prior to joining the call and threatened me with contempt and dismissed me. its like watching someone push a huge rock up the hill then watching them push it down holding a rope tied to the rock.

I also have not spoke to the prosecutor, the public defender cost $200 but is a covert agent working for the interest of the court, the clerk gas lights and lies plus openly mocks anyone who asks a question.

So my fellows my question is, What document do i give them, a complaint to counter or a non statutory abatement.?
