Because of the complete lockdown of the economy, people in the third world are getting hungry.
Even in the “developed” US, some 1.5 million New Yorkers cannot buy food, and are standing in long lines to beg for food from food banks.
Because Big Brother wants to know everything, and the long lines were bad publicity (so short before the re-election of Donald Trump), people begging for food have to make an appointment before they can pick up food at Masbia:

Billionaires all across the globe have gotten richer (source FT).
Because more people work from home – office space prices have dropped in the US. Commercial real estate firm CBRE, said only about 12% of office workers in Manhattan had returned back to work…
The same 4 technology giants that told their employees to work from home - Amazon, Apple, Facebook, and Google – have been scooping up “cheap” office space in Manhattan.
These 4 companies have also hired 2,600 employees in NYC, bringing their total to 22,000. Because of the lockdown even more people use their products:

On 20 September it was reported that (in the UK):
Tourism, hospitality businesses and close contact services such as hairdressers are required to collect NHS Test and Trace data, keeping the details on record for 21 days

Since the coronavirus “pandemic” was started in March, flu cases have almost vanished (confirmed by the World Health Organisation).
The mainstream media seem to suggest that the COVID-19 lockdown, social distancing and face masks have caused this reduction.
According to some “conspiracy theorists”, “
flu cases haven't vanished at all, but are instead being recorded as Covid-19”:

I’m stunned; I actually agree in part with the analysis of why the COVID-19 hysteria has caused a drop in deaths by heart attack (by half)!
Although there is anecdotal evidence supporting this explanation, this avoidance of help for cardiac events presumably should be coupled with an increase in fatalities as people die at home rather than receive life-sustaining care in a hospital. It will take time to know whether reported increases in at-home deaths are tied to untreated heart attacks, but patients experiencing symptoms of a cardiac event certainly should be encouraged to seek help by calling 911 or going to an ER, as the risk of mortality from an unattended cardiac event is likely far higher than the risk of getting COVID-19 and potentially dying from that infection.
Another possibility is that a number of CVD cases are "misclassified" as cases of COVID-19 upon hospital admission, meaning cardiac events may still be occurring but are counted as COVID-19 because of a comorbid coronavirus infection. Heightened sensitivity by clinicians to COVID pathology may affect the diagnosis and management of conventional cardiac cases. However, the magnitude of the drop in cardiac event hospitalizations and the typical lengthy hospital stay for COVID-19 patients suggest that we are not dealing exclusively with a misclassification of cardiac events.
Finally, a drop in hospital admissions for cardiac events might be a consequence of stay-at-home orders and social isolation. It is very possible that we have seen a sudden decline in triggers for cardiac events during COVD-19 isolation, such as exertion from recreational activity, heavy air pollution, anger from being stuck in traffic, stress from watching a sporting event or perhaps acute work stress. It is these cardiac triggers that are likely important in the current context, given that underlying cardiovascular disease is likely not affected over the short term. Importantly, avoidance of some of these triggers – through social isolation for example – can also in the long run increase the risk of CVD.

One of the most important new causes of death in this “pandemic”… “not-urgent” medical treatments have been postponed (which means cancelled in the case of death)…
This has kept hospitals empty (bailed out with newly printed money) and some of these treatments would have prevented deaths.
At least 25,000 more people have died at home during the pandemic in England and Wales because they were refused hospital treatment, a surge of 43.8%.
I have my “doubts” about cancer treatment, but here are some examples (from the UK).
Treatment for strokes fell by 45%, causing over 2,000 excess deaths from heart disease;
Organ transplants fell by 67%, with the number of those dying on the transplant waiting list almost doubling;
Delays in cancer treatment could cause a 20% rise in cancer deaths in England – 6,270 excess deaths in 2020;
More than 50,000 operations for children were cancelled.
Besides that calls to child abuse helplines skyrocketed.
Rates of depression and anxiety doubled and thousands of recovering alcoholics have relapsed:
