The day after John F. Kennedy was assassinated, Gary Underhill travelled from Washington to New Jersey to tell his friends that a "small clique within the CIA was responsible for the assassination" and that he feared for his life.
On 8 May 1964, Underhill was found dead in what was ruled a suicide, even though he was found with a bullet to the left side of his head and Underhill was right-handed.
Maybe the most interesting here is that reportedly Underhill said that Samuel George Cummings, who owned the weapons company Interarms, was associated with the assassination.
