2025-11-21, I sent this email to the Ambassador of Malta to Hungary.
Honestly the story just repeat itself, because I think I already said this elsewhere maybe to the Dutch govt somewhere around 2023-2024. Sure I said it with different words and maybe in separate emails and maybe some email was sent to other EU country but all together it’s the same story. And I’m not sad for receiving reply from Malta, but I for me the story is just beating around the bush.
And honestly the responsible, corrupt Hungarian public servants / officials should make a decision about what they want to be; - Racist ex-KGB mafia gang members, or public servants/ officials, politicians etc!!
Because that level of crime what they do is a conflict of interest by those official job positions where they “work”. The USA Ambassador was right when he sanctioned some ultra corrupt Hungarian politicians, public servants, but new govt came and switched back everything.

In response to your email Sir, you mentioned the “International Protection” option. But unfortunately the International Protection Agency (IPA) doesn’t apply to EU citizens, and I am a Hungarian-born EU citizen.
-And I believe the termination of this human rights crime belongs to the duties of every EU member country too.

Reasoning;
The Hungarian public servants, officials have been committing this racist communist agent human rights crime against me since 2015. And this crime results that I’ve no safe area in the EU, especially when the public servants/ officials in EU countries don’t stop this crime either. - For example, I believe it also belongs to the Maltese police too, especially if I were in Malta. Because I’m an EU citizen and the Hungarian authorities are unwilling to stop their racist crimes, - and their crime prevents me from even being safe in Malta, - while I also have the right to free movement within the EU.

I have been to some EU, NATO member countries during persecution, and this was my experience;
The corrupt public servants / officials with their corrupt counter-terror / intelligence, etc connections are able to execute their plan in real time, for example from Hungary in another EU country, (cat and mouse game). And the same thing is “perhaps” slower through NATO connections. - But the same thing can be very slow outside the EU, NATO world, from Hungary, it can take days, weeks or months and the result is unsure, - and they also use mafia even against helpful people, who try to help me outside of EU, NATO world. - This is one of the reasons why I believe the Romanian Embassy was right on 25-September-2024, when they asked something like this; "You want us to talk with the authority?", (20241016ToNatoEU.pdf).

A magyar közalkalmazottak, köztisztviselők 2015 óta követik el ellenem ezt a rasszista kommunista ügynök emberi jogi bűncselekményt. És ez a bűn azt eredményezi, hogy nincs biztonságos területem az EU-ban, különösen akkor, ha az EU-országok közalkalmazottjai/ köztisztviselői sem állítják meg ezt a bűnt. -Például azt hiszem, hogy ez a máltai rendőrséghez is tartozik, különösen, ha Máltán lennék. Mivel EU-s állampolgár vagyok, és a magyar hatóságok nem hajlandók megállítani a rasszista bűncselekményüket, - és a bűnük megakadályozza, hogy még Máltán is biztonságban legyek, - miközben jogom van a szabad mozgáshoz az EU-n belül.

Voltam néhány EU, NATO tagországban az üldöztetés alatt, és ez volt a tapasztalatom;
A korrupt közalkalmazottak / köztisztviselők a korrupt terrorizmusellenes / hírszerzési stb. kapcsolataikkal képesek valós időben végrehajtani a tervüket például egy másik EU-s országban Magyarországról, (macska-egér játék). I heard this this story many years ago about asylum / protection for EU citizens in another EU member country.

It was about a high rank military officer, maybe he was a German or belonged to another bigger EU country. So they found him as an asylum seeker refugee living somewhere in EU (maybe in France), and he was living from refugee aids, etc, like other refugees, and nobody really knew how he got there because he was maybe a “mental-ill” etc person.
-So maybe this man had serious drug, alcohol etc problem and found a corrupt way to milk the system while he was laughing on everything..
- Or he became a targeted/ persecuted/ bankrupt etc blacklisted person and somehow they helped him to apply for asylum/protection elsewhere in EU.
- Anyway I don’t know the exact truth of this story, so I can only speculate, - but if he was a targeted, persecuted then they may “mistakenly” let him apply to the EU asylum/protection system, - and then later when his case was cold, forgotten, then he was captured and judged by cheap labels, rumors etc. Just as the 99% of refugees are labeled as “They're mental ill, criminal, etc and they came here to abuse (milk) our system”.

- Sure I would be happy if Malta could help me in this persecution. But I think the Maltese reply was an AI analyzed/wrote email and probably the Ambassador is a busy person just as others, and their secretaries receive and send many emails every day to everywhere.
- But what if my enemies heard this kind of above mentioned story and they made a try here via their hidden lobbies?
I know from hidden news that there are EU citizens who were granted asylum protection in other EU countries, but those got it within days/weeks because they had a lot of money and very high connections, and on the other hand they were just the usual; “wanted rich criminals, mafia, etc members corruptly living abroad by frineds while on the run from justice”.

On December-01-2025 I sent the usual email to Pope Leo XIV, to ask him to talk to Hungarian FIDESZ-KDNP government to stop their racist communist crime against my life. It was the 32nd time, and then I posted it on my facebook, and Pope’s X account and then I quoted it to my X account.

Days ago the stalker neighbor proved himself again, he said me again “Where do you go, if your life is in danger”, he said this when I was riding on my bicycle in front of their house.. Imagine this man’s mother used to work as a nurse in a psychiatric hospital and her son has no problem to be an openly hater bully for reason to protect this racist ex-KGB crime. And once he and his mother drove into a dead-end street where the police station was and I was protesting there, and all of their car’s windows were rolled down and they were laughing loudly in a typical bully way and then they turned around and drove away.. No wonder why the racist ex-KGB system is scared to let the communist crime victims to live independently from ex-KGB etc, just imagine what the racist commie agent families have been doing with those who ended up in their “psychiatric hospitals“ etc.
- Practically the current situation is that the communist agent families control the psychiatric hospitals etc and the victims of communist crimes and their relatives are the “mental-ill” if they can’t be labeled with “terror suspect”, and all of these are under umbrella of EU, NATO security centers.

Well it’s pathetically funny for example PM Orban and Interior Minister S. Pintér, and my city’s Mayor P. Szitka gestured “Hello” to me with their hands, while I was protesting in front of them. – So these three public servant leaders refuse to stop their racist ex-KGB crime while they try to act like we were “friends”, - and on the other hand they’re also the the leaders of low life level haters, bullies just to protect their racist crime against me.
- Honestly these hater crypto/pro communist agent families are reminding me to those old news when not white students went to white schools and the KKK type was racist hate. Well I just want to be left alone from these racist commie agent families. No wonder why I felt myself happy in Malaysia, Thailand and why my enemies were weak there unlike in the white EU world, and I’m saying this as a white man. Fact is that the Russian white commies and the USA, UK divided the world in Yalta just before the end of ww2, and they still want to live in that old time. Sure one of their reasons to say "Be proud of this.." was to create a reveres effect, to try to turn me into fear, shy etc to be scared to talk about their racist crime, and another reason was because they were that arrogantly proud of their racist crime..

I want to start the donation campaign, because this "no-income" is my enemies blacklisting/sanction warfare strategy, and also my enemies nightmare is if I can have 2-5 months travel in east Asia etc.
I really believe that if somebody would donate me then my enemies would be furiously desperate, they would threaten and bribe that person, probably they would say; “Don’t you dare to do that again, but in return we give you the double money what you gave him, and if you need more then just call us - and you must promise that you will never ever give him money, etc again!!”..

- For some reason my Internet always shows the wrong way of donation campaigns, it’s like the AI would be set to try to keep me away. It’s unbelievable I can’t start any because there is always an issue especially those kind of which try to trick me into a fraud..
- And of curse my social media is shadow-banned, that’s also shows how weak they are. But ex-KGB is desperately scared from communication everywhere.. There was in news that a public servant (maybe a teacher) got fired for liking someone else's comment on Facebook.

Reasoning; Because the authorities racist communist crimes, corruption have been oppressing my human rights and endangering my life in Hungary since 2015. -But the facts are showing that those (ex-)communist agents (and their families, etc) are doing this persecution which are now working for the West and NATO, and/or representing those. -And on 13-03-2024 the USA Embassy looked at my banners (20240313BnrBpS.pdf) and said; "It's the FIDESZ". -And I sent emails many times to the House of Terror Museum because I want to get proof about communist historical crimes, because the Hungarian authorities deny and call sign of paranoia the knowledge of these too. Note: I swear and I state that I’m mentally healthy person and I never was on any psychiatric examination in Hungary, and doesn’t exist any kind of lawful psychiatric examination result which proves “mental illness” about me, neither on abroad nor in Hungary. -And Dr Tamás Motkó didn’t answer to my “20210711_Kimar-N_Motko-T.pdf” letter, therefore I don't recognize him either as my family doctor. - I'd be dead already without help of people I met in Malaysia, most were Muslims, and God proved that their help forced the Hungarian system to step back a little in this persecution, and not the Malaysian politicians etc because they're corrupt. And I want to add something like this to my reminder email what I always send on Mondays before my protests;
"I would like to ask all of you to speak to Prime Minister Viktor Orbán, Mayor Péter Szitka, and other Hungarian public servants to end this racist, ex-KGB crime.".
