Since the murder of journalist Daphne Caruana Galizia, the population of Malta has continued to protest against the corrupt murderous politicians that run the country…

Because of these protests, Joseph Muscat was forced to resign as PM. Muscat has even been charged with taking bribes, corruption and money laundering in a hospital privatisation scandal that was already reported on by Daphne Caruana Galizia in 2015.
These charges are related to changing the management of 3 public hospitals to a private company, Vitals Global Healthcare, in 2015, in a deal worth at least €4 billion.
Muscat’s former chief of staff Keith Schembri and former minister Konrad Mizzi, have also been charged over this same scandal.
Malta’s deputy PM Chris Fearne and its former finance minister Edward Scicluna, who is now governor of Malta’s central bank, were also charged with fraud:

On 20 March 2015, Daphne first reported on the Malta Government’s deal with Oxley Capital Group (owned by Mark Pawley) to privatise 3 Malta’s state hospitals, and that representatives of the company, including the Pakistani-Canadian Ram Tumuluri, had visited Malta in January of that year.
The shell company Vitals Global Healthcare was later founded by the Oxley Capital Group, but we don’t know (in 2016) who the real owners are:

Muscat’s special adviser on health and hospitals, John Dalli, flew to Dubai (once again the UAE!) to negotiate the deal with subcontractors.
Vitals Global Healthcare subcontracted Shapoorji Pallonji in 2016 to build projects at the 3 Maltese hospitals:

The multinational Shapoorji Pallonji Group is controlled by billionaire Pallonji Mistry and his Indian family.
Pallonji Mistry led the company’s expansion in the Middle East, including Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Qatar.
Most of the Mistry family wealth comes from their large stake in Tata Sons Pvt. (of the Tata family once again…).
Pallonji Mistry’s son Cyrus became Tata Sons chairman but was fired in 2016, which triggered a years-long courtroom battle between 2 of India’s wealthiest families:

70% of Vitals was owned by Tumuluri, Pawley, and (the unknown) Ashok Rattehalli and Ambrish Gupta.
The remaining 30% of the ownership is a complete secret...
In November 2016, Vitals appoints Armin Ernst, the chief administrative officer of the Steward Medical Group, as its new CEO.
In December 2017, Vitals was sold to Steward Medical Group, the largest private healthcare provider in the US, which also takes over the management of the 3 Maltese hospitals.
Steward Medical Group is owned by Cerberus Capital Management of the New York billionaire Stephen Feinberg:

In May 2018, President Trump selected Steve Feinberg to head the President's Intelligence Advisory Board.
Cerberus also owns DynCorp, one of the largest military contractors in the US. DynCorp was also involved in the UAE/Saudi led genocide of Yemen that killed more than 500,000 people.
The subsidiary of Cerberus, Tier 1, trained 4 of the 7 kill team members that murdered Khashoggi. Tier 1’s training of this elite Saudi squad began under the Obama administration, and continued at least into President Trump’s first year:

At the following link are some of Daphne Caruana Galizia’s biggest stories…
Caruana Galizia linked the Dubai company 17 Black to Joseph Muscat, Keith Schembri, Konrad Mizzi and former EU Commissioner John Dalli.
17 Black belonged to Yorgen Fenech, who has now been charged with Caruana Galizia’s murder.
Following reports that Fenech had profited off Enemalta’s 2015 purchase of a Montenegro wind farm, Mizzi was voted from Labour’s parliamentary group (this looks like an even bigger scandal than the hospital privatisation to Vitals…):
